Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using NAJ Capital Solution. By opening an account, saving, using your wallet, or applying for a loan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. This document is a template and should be reviewed and finalised by a qualified legal professional before publication.

1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the services provided by NAJ Capital Solution ("NAJ Capital", "we", "us", "our"), including Daily Savings, the Wallet and virtual account, and Loans. They apply to your use of our website, mobile/web application, and any service provided through our field agents.

2. Eligibility & Onboarding

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract under Nigerian law;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding;
• Provide valid government-issued identification and, where required, your Bank Verification Number (BVN) and National Identification Number (NIN) for KYC/AML purposes;
• Keep your login credentials confidential and accept responsibility for activity on your account.

On successful onboarding, each customer is issued a personal virtual account number as described below.

3. Daily Savings

Daily Savings lets you save money toward goals on a recurring basis. You may fund your savings in two ways:

• Field-agent collection: an authorised NAJ Capital field agent may collect cash from you and upload it to your account. Each collection is recorded and credited to your savings balance.
• Self-deposit: you may deposit into your savings yourself through the app at any time.

Savings goals and streak tracking are provided to help you build a consistent habit. You remain the owner of your saved funds, subject to these Terms and any applicable holds for active loans.

4. Wallet & Virtual Account

Every customer receives a personal virtual account number. Other people may send money into your virtual account from any bank, and you can view your balance and full transaction history at any time.

Sending money & paying bills. You may send money from your wallet to other NAJ Capital users and to any Nigerian bank account, and pay bills (VTU). Each transfer and bill payment must be authorised with your transaction PIN and a one-time password (OTP). We operate real-time fraud monitoring and send you instant alerts for activity on your account. Transactions may be subject to limits, verification, and applicable fees, which are disclosed before you confirm.

5. Loans

Loans are offered as several packages with differing amounts, tenures, and rates. Applying for a loan does not guarantee approval. We assess each application based on the information you provide and our internal criteria.

• The applicable interest rate, fees, and repayment schedule will be clearly disclosed in your loan offer before you accept it;
• All fees are disclosed up front; we do not impose hidden charges;
• Approved loan funds are disbursed into your NAJ Capital wallet;
• You may repay early at any time with no early-payoff penalty.

6. Repayment Obligations

If you take a loan, you agree to repay the outstanding balance, together with all disclosed interest and fees, in accordance with the repayment schedule in your loan agreement. If you experience difficulty repaying, contact us as early as possible so we can discuss available options. Late or missed payments may attract charges as set out in your loan agreement and may affect your eligibility for future loans.

7. Fees

Any fees that apply to a service will be disclosed to you before you incur them. We will give reasonable notice of changes to fees where required.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activity. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Security

Keep your credentials and one-time passwords confidential. We will never ask you for your password or OTP. You are responsible for transactions authorised using your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep our services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAJ Capital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
