General Questions

NAJ Capital Solution is a modern Nigerian fintech with one promise: Bringing Hope Alive. We offer four core services: Daily Savings, where you save a little every day through a field agent or self-deposit; a Wallet that gives every customer a virtual account to receive, hold, and send money; Loans with multiple packages on fair, transparent terms; and VTU bill payments for airtime, data, electricity, cable TV, and more.
Anyone 18 or older living in Nigeria. We're designed for everyday people, traders, workers, small business owners, including those without a smartphone, who can save through our field agents.
Not necessarily. If you have a phone, you can manage everything from the app. If you don't, a NAJ Capital field agent can collect your daily savings in cash and upload them to your account for you.
We are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and operate in line with applicable Nigerian financial regulations, including NDPR for data protection. (Final regulatory wording to be confirmed by legal/compliance.)
Customer support is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM WAT. Your app and dashboard are available 24/7. WhatsApp messages are typically answered within 30 minutes during business hours.

Daily Savings

You save a little every day toward a goal. There are two ways to fund it: a field agent visits and collects your cash daily then uploads it to your account, or you deposit yourself from the app. Every deposit is recorded instantly.
That's exactly who our field agents are for. An agent comes to your shop, market, or street, collects your cash, and uploads it to your savings account, so you can save even without a device.
Yes. Pick a target, school fees, new stock, an emergency fund, and track your progress with a clear bar. You'll also see your saving streak to help you stay consistent.
A streak counts how many days in a row you've saved. It turns a small daily habit into real momentum and keeps you motivated toward your goal.
Your savings sit in your NAJ Capital wallet, with a full history you can view at any time. Saving consistently also helps build the track record that supports a future loan application.

Wallet & Virtual Account

It's automatic. The moment you onboard, NAJ Capital issues you a personal virtual account number, no extra steps required.
Yes. Anyone, from any bank or payment app in Nigeria, can send money into your virtual account just like a normal transfer. You'll see it land in real time.
Yes. You can send money instantly to other NAJ Capital users, and out to any Nigerian bank account, and pay bills, all from your wallet. Every transfer is authorised with your transaction PIN and a one-time OTP.
Every transfer and bill payment needs your transaction PIN and a one-time OTP. Real-time fraud monitoring flags anything unusual, and you receive an instant alert for every move on your account, so nothing happens without your knowledge.
Yes. Every credit and debit is recorded in your dashboard, so your balance is always accurate and you can review every transaction.

Loans & Packages

Loans are offered as several packages: Starter (₦20K to ₦150K, short term), Everyday (₦150K to ₦1M, personal & family goals), and Business (₦1M to ₦10M+, stock & working capital). See the Loans page for details.
Open your NAJ Capital account, choose a package, complete a short application, and upload your documents. You'll receive a clear offer showing the amount, tenure, and rate before you accept anything.
Approved loans are paid directly into your NAJ Capital wallet, ready to use straight away.
No. Every fee is disclosed up front in your offer. What you agree to is exactly what you repay, and there are no early-payoff penalties.
Yes. A consistent daily savings record demonstrates reliability and can strengthen your application and improve the terms you're offered over time.

VTU & Bill Payments

From your wallet you can buy airtime and data on all major networks, and pay for electricity, cable TV, and other everyday bills. See the VTU page for the full list.
Most airtime, data, and bill payments are processed instantly. You get a receipt for every transaction and an instant alert, so you always have a record.
Yes. You can top up airtime and data or settle bills for family and friends by entering their number or account details before you confirm with your transaction PIN.

Security & Privacy

Yes. We use strong encryption for data in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication with OTP, and follow the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Every transfer and bill payment is protected by a transaction PIN, OTP confirmation, real-time fraud monitoring, and instant alerts.
Never. We do not sell your personal data. We only share information where required for identity verification, regulatory compliance, or to operate the service. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp and we'll act to protect your account. Never share your OTP, password, or login details. Our staff will never ask for them. Report suspicious messages to security@najcapitalsolution.xyz.

Account & Onboarding

Visit app.najcapitalsolution.xyz/register, enter your details, verify your phone via OTP, and set a password. Your wallet and virtual account number are ready in minutes. If you'd prefer help in person, a field agent can assist you.
Your name, phone number, and a valid government-issued ID. Your BVN may be required for certain features and for loans, in line with KYC requirements.
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your registered email or phone, and follow the reset link or code. For security, reset links expire after a short time.
Contact support to request closure. Any outstanding loan balance must be settled first. Once cleared, your account is deactivated, and records are retained only as required by regulation.
